Overview

The inn’s Arts and Crafts Bungalow architecture has earned it a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1915, it’s been carefully renovated to evoke the spirit of the 20’s and 30’s. With newly added private baths, each room with its queen size bed and antique furnishings is sure to provide you with both comfort and convenience. The main floor is dedicated to the inn, so with only two guest rooms, you have the space, comfort and serenity to take your ease.

Our Location
Situated at the corner of Fourth and Church in downtown Sandpoint, we are an easy walk from all local restaurants, shops, City Beach, and Memorial Field where Festival at Sandpoint is held. We are also on the parade route for Lost in the Fifties and 4th of July parades. Schweitzer Mountain is 12 miles from our doorstep.

What's Included

Start your day each morning with coffee or tea, freshly squeezed juice, fruit, and a delicious hot breakfast. In the afternoons, come home to homemade cookies. Soft drinks, bottled water and fruit are also complementary. In the summer months, enjoy breakfast or an afternoon snack in the garden.

Availability & Rates
Open all year with room rates ranging from $100.00 to $125.00, plus applicable sales taxes, with discount given for stays of 4 or more nights. Personal checks, cash, Master Card and Visa accepted.
