| As a member of this community, the The North Idaho Bed & Breakfast Association
(formerly known as
The Bed & Breakfast Association of the Coeur d'Alene Area) serves to promote our members' individual establishments and to provide a useful reference for our patrons to find information about Bed & Breakfast located in the Coeur d'Alene Idaho area.
As an association, we have set up
standards
which ensure that our guests have the best accommodations and
service, to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience
while staying at any one of our inns.
From an initial group of 5 in 1986, our membership has changed and grown over the years into the cohesive group of 19 that we are today. People have come and gone, but the basic tenet has not changed - "Provide the best that North Idaho has to offer."

Our members
meet on a regular basis to discuss everything from recipes and weather, to how to provide the most complete information to potential guests. Each innkeeper has extensive knowledge of all other facilities and will happily refer you to the one that suits you best. We have lakeside, mountaintop, riverfront and in-town homes - some built in the early 1900s, others built in the last couple of years (and everything in between) and each has something unique to make your stay one you will always remember. Find your heart in North Idaho and come visit often!!!
